Stand Patriani I 2025 I Immersive Room - Real Estate Stand
Immersive rooms elevate real estate stands to captivating consumer experiences. Through 360-degree projections and detailed models, visitors have the opportunity to explore every detail of the development in an immersive manner.
These spaces combine informative videos that go beyond descriptions, offering simulations of the condominium areas — their functions, sizes, and features — along with precise projections onto a physical model. This visual synchronization highlights where each area shown in the video is located on the model, providing a clear and intuitive understanding of the development's layout.
Additionally, the projections can simulate the views from the apartment balconies, allowing visitors to realistically experience the landscapes and external environment.
The photos illustrate the Patriani Stand in Santo André, which incorporates an immersive room that allows visitors to embark on a complete visual journey through the development. Amazing, right?
